Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Physical items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Software services will be cancelled upon request and reimbursed within a month, minus 15% for costs.
• Proof of purchase required.

Process for Returns:

• Contact customer support to initiate a return.
• Provide order details and reason for return.
• Ship items back to the provided address.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a notification will be sent.
• Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items – within 7 days.
